Free tier · No card

Free AI roleplay game.

The free tier here is real, not a teaser. Sign up, get 250 starter spark, your first world is on the house, and the game doesn't demand a credit card to keep playing. This page walks through what the free tier actually covers and what Pro adds.

What the free tier covers

  • Your first world is fully free — build it from scratch or borrow one of the showcase worlds.
  • 250 starter spark on signup. Each turn costs 3-8 spark. That's 30-80 turns of play before you'd need more.
  • Full access to all genres, all showcase worlds, all features. Nothing is paywalled in the engine itself.
  • Save, load, multiple campaigns, party recruitment, the Forge, image generation for character portraits.
  • Email support if something breaks. Real human; no chatbot tier.

How spark works

Spark is the in-app currency for engine compute. Every turn consumes a small amount; deeper turns (those that trigger more advanced model paths) cost a few more. A typical play session of 20 turns uses about 60-90 spark. The 250 you start with gets you through several sessions without a top-up.

No subscription is required. You can buy a one-time pack (Ember at $2.99 for 150 spark, Flare at $5.99 for 450, Blaze at $11.99 for 1,125) any time you want, with no recurring charge.

What Pro adds

Creation OS Pro is $9.99/month and gives you 900 spark monthly plus priority access to the deeper model paths. It's worth it if you're playing several times per week. If you're a casual user, the one-time spark packs are probably better value.

The honest caveat

World generation costs more spark than a play turn (somewhere in the 30-50 range, depending on complexity). The free 250 spark covers your first world plus a healthy amount of play. If you build several worlds in one sitting, you'll hit a top-up sooner than if you settle into one campaign.

The free tier is designed to let you actually play, not just poke around. It's not a 5-minute trial. Use it.
